District 9350 covers a large part of the Southern African sub-continent, incorporating the whole of Angola and Namibia, and the western part of the Republic of South Africa. It covers an area of 2.4 million square kilometres reaching from the Angolan border in the north to the southern tip of Africa - a distance of 3 200 kilometres and is an average of 600 kilometres wide along it's entire length. Its coast is washed by both the Atlantic and Indian Oceans, and it's varied, natural beauty is unsurpassed in Southern Africa. |

Rotaract is a Rotary-sponsored service club for young men and women ages 18 to 30. Rotaract clubs are usually community-based or university-based and are sponsored by a local Rotary club making them true "partners in service" and key members of the Rotary family. |

The aim of the Global Network for Blood Donation (GNBD) is to develop an international network of Rotarians and others who are involved in supporting volunteer blood donations. Through their association in this Rotarian Action Group they are expected to share their expertise and experience with others engaged in the same type of efforts thus promoting a fellowship of service throughout the world. GNBD will promote voluntary blood donation and support for local community blood centers. |

The purpose of the fellowship is to acquaint those interested in the malaria problem with one another to promote and increase control of malaria. In addition, the Rotarians Eliminating Malaria a Rotarian Action Group promotes fellowship, understanding and acquaintance of Rotarians & Rotaractors worldwide with the larger world of individuals, groups, governments and institutions who share a common interest in malaria control. Finally, REMaRAG seeks to enhance the effectiveness of models for delivering aid to survival efforts. |
